A question of perspective

Every single beach house in Bantayan wears the same sharp bikini. ” Try me, come closer and I ll rip you to the bones“bark the walls.

Another light, another angle. The sun rays guided my lens and I came closer. The cutting edges had turned into sculptures. The weapon had became a protective vase. It’s probably true that we don’t see things as they are. We see things as we are. Perspective is everything.

  1. That is some quote “we don’t see things as they are. We see things as we are.”
Glad you found beauty in those glass pieces which are meant to pierce the intruders 😀
Thanks again for joining the challenge 🙂

    1. Thanks dear 🙂 Funny to see how our moods shape all we see, and interprets. I noticed that a walk with the kids is always uplifting when I m a little down. This morning Ms Attila pointed at a ‘big heart’ where I only saw a dead leaf. And she was right, it was perfectly heart shaped 🙂 sweet little zen master resident ! Have a lovely week end, big red sparkly hearts just for you X

      1. My dearest, what a lovely and heartfelt comment to read. Thank you for that. It brings a smile to my face. Children are so wise and spontaneous. I hope that the pressures of the society we live in never make your kids lose that fine perception and sensitivity. I know that in what depends on you, they will never will, and it’s also your credit that they’re little zen masters.
I’m enjoying a relaxing weekend with hubby alone as my stepdaughter is now on vacations with her mum and stepfather.
Thanks for the wishes and the beautiful heart which arrived here safely and it’s now inside my heart.
A red one with much love back you.
        Have a beautiful Sunday.

    1. Thanks ! There is some beauty in those sharp lines, although I would never want to have them on my walls 😛

  2. I love your imagery of a sharp bikini! Yipes! Great photo, shows interesting lines and colors :)))
