Happiest New Year ! Vision Board Time !

“The most reliable way to create the future is to write it“

This is my New Year exciting ritual.

I collect my favorite pictures, stickers and quotes. A rainbow of crayons are laying in front of me, with scissors, glue and pinches of glitters. Orange essential oils are slowly burning in the background and depending on the mood, I’d listen to classical music or something slightly more groovy. A poster size board stands ready for its most inspiring make up…

Once all is set, I always start with a little guided meditation to clear up my mind and relax  my body. Et c’est parti!

What is a Vision Board?

A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on your specific intentions.

Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life! Creating your own vision board is considered the key to success as it helps you identify your vision with clarity.

It is not enough to simply have a positive mental attitude. The secret to achieving your goals is to dream about positive, focused, and specific goals.

Energy goes where intention goes

The process of creating a Vision Board will bring opportunities to you because you are essentially changing your focus towards what you desire and away from what is wrong with your life.

In fact, one of its greatest benefits takes place during its creation. So many of us are challenged with simply describing what it is that we want. But while crafting your Vision Board you will receive a lot of clarity and insight as writing is subconscious and therefore easily and naturally guided by your own subconscious mind!

Law of attraction

Law of Attraction is very simple. You have to know what you want. You focus on the positive aspects of what you need, desire, or want to manifest. Positive attracts positive!

When you focus on manifesting a positive destiny, you’re naturally aligning your intentions and your behaviors with positivity. This is going to affect your health, your relationships, and your successes in a positive way,

The benefits to manifesting destiny are clear: If you feel like you have the power to control your future, your days will feel much more promising, fulfilling, and generally happy 🙂

Next step

Using a vision board is easy. Just hang it or place it prominently where you will be able to see it physically several times a day and allow it to trigger and remind you repetitively about your goals, visions and dreams, reaffirming your dreams and wishes. By doing this you automatically create new positive beliefs in your subconscious mind and it becomes a part of your mind, ready to be manifested into your physical reality.

As with anything else, manifesting your destiny doesn’t happen with a magic wand. Very little in life happens with a single act — but having a positive outlook and focusing on your goal is going to move your success along, in the right direction, that much more quickly. It will also help overcome obstacles that might trip you up with a less focused and positive outlook.

Places are limited – as I’ll host it at my place. All you need to bring is your best vibes, and maybe some of your favorite pictures. Show up with your family, coworkers, girlfriends, and anyone that supports your dreams and goals!
